The buffet restaurant, known for its variety, provided an inviting space that opened to lush gardens and sparkling pools. Mornings began with a delightful breakfast spread, featuring fresh fruit, Greek yogurt with honey, and a range of freshly made pancakes and waffles that reminded me of home. The balance of traditional options, such as eggs and bacon, alongside local fare was a standout. One evening, we decided to dine at the Alazonia restaurant, where we were pleased to find a fresh and ever-changing dinner menu. The ambiance was relaxed, and the service was attentive, with staff notably willing to accommodate dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the grilled seafood, which was expertly prepared and complemented by local wines. For those seeking lighter fare, the Blue Pool Bar provided refreshing cocktails and light snacks, perfectly positioned by the main pool. With easy access to both the beach and spacious sun loungers, this became a favored spot to unwind. The Ixian Grand exceeded my expectations with its culinary innovation and commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
